My Story

MARIA VITTORIA LAPALORCIA


Interior & Product Designer

I was born and raised in Perugia, the capital city of Umbria, a beautiful town nestled in the heart of Italy. 

Perugia’s history is as rich and layered as its landscape, with roots tracing back to the Etruscan period. This enchanting city, perched on a hilltop, boasts ancient walls, medieval architecture, and vibrant cultural festivals that celebrate its storied past. 

Growing up amidst such historical splendor, I developed a deep appreciation for art and design.

 

After completing my high school diploma at the Montessori School, I moved to Florence, a city renowned for its unparalleled contribution to art and culture. 

Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, is where the echoes of Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, and Dante still resonate through its cobblestone streets and majestic buildings. Here, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, surrounded by the timeless beauty of the Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery, and the Ponte Vecchio.

 

Following my graduation, I embarked on a journey around the world, living and working in diverse cities such as Dubai, London, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Hong Kong. 

Each of these vibrant metropolises offered unique insights and experiences, broadening my cultural horizons and deepening my knowledge of art, architecture, and design. 

This global exposure has enriched my design perspective, allowing me to blend various styles and influences into my work.

 

In 2013, I relocated to Beverly Hills and founded my Interior Design Firm, drawing inspiration from the elegance and sophistication of Italian architecture. 

My extensive international cultural familiarity enables me to create unique and sophisticated spaces for my clients, reflecting a blend of global aesthetics and timeless design principles.
